As a property technician, you will work with property automation as well as the maintenance and upkeep of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems at the Combined Heat and Power Plant. With great freedom under responsibility, you will drive and participate in projects such as renovations, improvements, and efficiency enhancements of technical systems.

You will belong to the electrical and automation department and collaborate closely with colleagues in all projects. Cooperation also occurs with property technicians within the mechanical and maintenance department.
In the long term, the position may develop to include responsibility for fire alarm systems and lighting.

Employment type: Full-time

You have a high school education in electrical engineering or property automation and experience working with heating and ventilation systems in properties. Practical experience with electrical work and automation systems is an advantage. A B driver's license is required.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and structured, with the ability to plan and take responsibility for your tasks. You are unpretentious, team-oriented, and have an easy time building good relationships both internally and externally. Great emphasis is placed on your willingness to develop, contribute, and collaborate with others.
